I will go theEXTRA MILE for all my clients
People live inside a house. That's what Bea Goodman believes. The outside is important, of course. Keep the yard neat, flowers colorful, lawn trimmed and green, the structure strong and freshly painted - don't forget the location. Every real estate agent knows to look for these elements. However, when you are dealing with a realtor like Bea, also a licensed interior designer since 1959, the interior counts for a lot more than the average house hunter realizes.
A good home should fit its owner like a well tailored suit, and sometimes that takes a few alterations. Bea won't show a house that is not right for her buyer, and yet, there are times when she can see the promise, the changes that, if made, would transform what might be considered ordinary, or not right, into the perfect setting for her client. To find such a house takes patience and tenacity - two qualities that past clients have attributed to her.
Bea takes these talents and applies them to her first love, real estate. She is in her eighth year as a successful realtor, and although specializing in Menlo Park, Atherton and Woodside areas, her sales and purchases range from San Mateo to Santa Clara.
Armed with a motto of, "do it right and achieve satisfaction," Bea has always strived to provide her clients with the kind of service they have come to expect in such a competitive market. Her accomplishments have merited her inclusion in the biographical reference, "Who's Who". First time buyers are treated with the same consummate professionalism as seasoned veterans - and all retain the friendship developed. Clients are quite likely to find themselves as guests at the Goodman home, sharing dinner with her family.
Bea is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design and Marymount College. Originally from Massachusetts, she lived in the suburbs of New York City while raising her family. When her husband, Sam, a business consultant, was recruited by Ampex as Vice President of Finance sixteen years ago, the family relocated to Atherton. It took no time at all for Bea to become a Californian, heart and soul.
Today's buyer or seller is presented with a myriad of decisions when faced with the housing market and its complexities. Bea Goodman is a realtor ready to go the extra mile to assure her clients satisfaction. She offers what is considered a valued commodity in California - Quality.
